Stress Busters

Stop stressing! Not good for you and not good for anyone around you. Find ways to wind down and relax every day. I meditate, read books, and play golf. Need some new ideas? Check out the ones below.
~ Laugh for no reason for 10 minutes.
~ Spend some time with a cat or dog.
~Exercise.
~ Make up a mantra and repeat it. (“I welcome peace and harmony into my life.”)
~Light some candles and take a long bath.
~ Listen to relaxing music.
~Take a long walk outside.
~Start taking yoga classes.
~Volunteer.
~ Sing out loud… REALLY LOUD.
~ Dance like no one is watching even if someone is watching!
